Set default search scope

Hi,

how would it be possible to change the default search_scope to be "all" instead of "base"? I already played with ./program/js/app.js a bit but I was unable to do it correctly. Although I was able to modiy it that after a folder change the scope was correctly set to "all", every time I change to Ibox it is set to "base" again.

Any hints? Thanks!
