Login failed for cyrillic password (LDAP AD auth)

Hello.
Not sure is it bug or config issue -
User cant login if he have cyrillic password (LDAP auth for AD domain)
There is SOGo web interface also installed on this server - and work fine with this cyrillic password and this IMAP dovecot server.
