E-Mails to outlook or hotmail are not received

When sending an e-mail to an outlook or hotmail address from our roundcube e-mail account there is not failure notice, the e-mail seems to be sent. Unfortunately the e-mail does never reach the recipient. What is strange is that the opposite way it works, we do receive the e-mails from outlook and hotmail addresses.

Can anyone help? It is really important and critical as we are often in mail contact with our customers/vendors and need to rely on our mails to be send properly.

roundcube is an imap client like outlook on your pc. if you are having problems sending emails then its your smtp server that you need to check. please contact your email provider.
