email bounce back to other people from my account

Im finding round cube email incredibly unreliable and have a constant on off problem with emails bouncing back to OTHER people when they try to contact me.

Im loosing work through it so its incredibly frustrating as i don't know what doesn't get through.

Round cube was set up by a friend and he's no longer around so I'm a bit lost.

Any help would be most grateful.

Roundcube is just a mail client it sounds like your problem is with either the mail server or domain configuration. Try contacting your email provider for support.
