sending to localhost

I'd like to send an email to me@localhost, but when I click 'send', a message pops up:

Please enter at least one recipient.

how to solve this? Thanks,

One way to "solve" would be to address the email to [email protected]

Where server is the hostname of the email server. It could be setup to deliver that email to your shell account "me".
