change the login form.

Hi all, i am working on a skin that loos a bit like the outlook one, having issues getting a place over for the username and password fields, i am creating it in the login html file and cant find anywhere to add a place over to the login form to add it,
can someone help please? i did try using js but its not working for me.

JS is the only way to add that, what JS did you try to use?
