Soap Error: Could not connect to host

Hello
i have a ISPConfig and Roundcube.
Reading an writing email is working fine.
but if i wish to add or modifie a spam / fetchmail / automatic respond email i got a

Soap Error: Could not connect to host

are there writen more Information into a log file? and which?

That error is most likely coming from a plugin, i'm guessing one related to ispconfig
