Migrate Users Accounts between Between Servers

I have a handful of Roundcube customer accounts currently hosted on another system which I presume to be hosted on a Windows server since all their web pages are .aspx  We would like to move their accounts to our one servers. Our customers want to retain all of their stored email .

Our servers are CLOUDLINUX 7.4 standard v68.0.38 with Roundcube installed

Can anyone give me any idea what is involved in doing this?

Roundcube does not store any email. It stores user information such as settings and address book in its database and that's it.
