able to hide/disable vpopmail table 'pw_clear_passwd' for security reason?

because all users login password are both stored in table 'pw_passwd' and 'pw_clear_passwd' ,  able to hide/disable pw_clear_passwd ? password is in plain text format.
user's email password maybe stolen if the data breach occurs.
