Customize emails/templates

Hello everyone,
This is my first post on this site.  At work we just started using roundcube, after using Outlook.  In Outlook I was able to insert photos/logos/hyperlinks.  So far, with roundcube I don't see how that can be done.  Will someone please advise?  Thank you, Scott
