Folder list refresh

I am on 1.1.12 LTS and I noticed that the "Refresh" (or check_recent) action does not in fact redraw the folder list.

That means, that if a folder is created / subscribed elsewhere Roundcube might notice a new email in such folder but has no way of displaying it, since the folder while in the cache is not shown in the UI.

As far as I see the redraw of the folder list happens only at page load.

Can somebody confirm this?
Is this expected behaviour?

yes, that is normal behaviour. updating the folder list requires the UI to be reloaded.
