Install calendar plugin with only ftp

Hello,

I try to add a calendar to my roundcube setup. I have no ssh on that server so i need to do it over ftp. I have try 3 times the installation of a calendar plugin from the roundcube plugins list.

After placing the files in the plugins folder and activate it i got a error when i open a mail, i can not read the mail.

Can someone please give me a guid hou i can install the calendar plugin?

For this calendar plugin https://github.com/kolab-roundcube-plugins-mirror/calendar there is a Readme file that explains how to install. Not sure you can accomplish it all with only FTP access. Typically you would have admin access via ssh or some other console type login.
