how to get a list of email addresses I have contacted

Hi, initialy I thought it will be easy task, but I see for some (SPAM?) reason this task is not so obvious.

I need to get a list of all email addresses I was sending my emails to. Is there any way to do it?

Getting a full list of all email addresses that have contacted me can be also useful for me.

I am using also apple Mail as a client, but also there I haven't found any option for that.

There is this plugin https://plugins.roundcube.net/packages/sblaisot/automatic_addressbook

After it is setup, then anyone not in your contacts that you send email to would be saved to a contact list that can be exported. But it does not address your current need.

What is your end goal? Maybe these contacts should be subscribing to a mailing list.
