Installation problem

I have worked rc on one machine, on second I can't do it work. I've got only that: https://secure.aip.pl/rc/
Have you idea, what I'm doing bad?

Did you upload the files in binary/ascii

also it seems there is some kind of wrapper or something that you are downloading (perl?)

Hmm... I'll look for...
I upload all archive to my host and localy uncompresd and configure.
Perl? I think, that I haven't all need php packages, but perl... have to check. Thanx.

I was because php.ini was from very old version php. Modern php.ini help for.
