Checking e-mails

I just made a clean installation on my cPanel server and you can send and receive. But when you create an account it just comes with the Inbox folder and there is also an issue that if you use the RoundCube refresh e-mail button or just simply click in inbox the e-mails will not appear. You must refresh by refreshing the whole page. Why is this?
