Which initial.sql file to use

i want to install roundcube - but i don`t know which "mysql.initial.sql" file i have to use? there are two files with a different size in the sql-folder....

Use mysql.initial.sql for MySQL versions 4.9.9999999 and below. Use mysql5.initial.sql for mysql 5.0.00000 and above.
