Empty Inbox

I've recently set up a new Mac and installed Outlook to manage my work emails. I've input all the credentials but my inbox is empty even though I know I have lots of emails. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Please contact your email provider for assistance. Roundcube is a web based IMAP client similar to home Outlook is a desktop based IMAP client.
