IMAP Error

Hi, i'm installing roundcube on mysql5.
I installed all files, all ok but... When i try to login.. i get this message in error log:

[24-Mar-2008 08:49:37 +0100] IMAP Error: Invalid password
 in on line 0


I think the problem is other, because if i change in the config file the imap port to '1234' (for example) i get the same message!!.....
It don't try to connecting, is a bad error.. What i can try ?
