Migration from other systems ...

Greetings to the Dev Team of Round Cube. Congratulations on your excellent work, another accomplishment to Open Source Software. I'm interested on how to migrate from other systems like Horde for example. I want to migrate to RoundCube and would like to lose as less information as possible, can you give me a guideline to it?
