Forward doesn't hold HTML

Hey everyone. I may just be doing something wrong, or there way be a way around it but any help is appreciated.

I get HTML messages, and I'd like to forward them to a colleauge, but whenever I do they come out as text (even when I select the html radio button). None of the links or images stay.

What can I do to fix this?
