E-Mails on phone.

Firstly thank you for letting me join the forum. I am using roundcube on a lot of client websites and I love it.

I have a client who can not get the emails set up on his phone. He is using an apple 6

The details I have giving him are as follows (with some information changed)

Username: [email protected]
Password: deffo is the correct one.
Incoming Mail Server: mail.vps45215.mylogin.co
IMAP Port: 143
POP3 Port: 110
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.vps45215.mylogin.co
SMTP Port: 25/2525

I wonder if anyone could point me in the direction of what is been done incorrectly
