mail forward/plugins - Roundcube Webmail 1.4.5

Recently upgraded roundcube but am unable to locate mail forwarding and plugins install section?

Plugins go into the <rc root>/plugins dir, They are activated by adding them to the $config['plugins'] array in your config file. Most third party plugins can also be installed via composer. You can find available plugins in the plugins repo https://plugins.roundcube.net/
