Attachment Problem

Hi.
i am using rcube 1.4.7 on Windows IIS ( bitnami roundcube installed from bitnami) and after setup everything work well, also change passwd and all thing,, only file attachment not working.
i setup PHP and all things what i know but with no luck.
After many uninstal. instal and change versions, today i see that if i go: http://mydomain.com:81/roundcube/ attachment work nice, but from " http://mail.mydomain.com attachment error.
please any suggestion?!!!

Also i have in different server rcube witch work excellent attachment, but in second server not working.
