managesieve not working

I just installed mail server and roundcubemail all works only managesieve not.
All is set in dovecot like on second server but still doesn't work. Filters doesn't work.
What else I can check to see why that doesn't work?
Plugin is enabled also.

I just enable debug and have alot of logs but no errors.
Can anyone help me with this please?
