Send but not forward a mail.

I received a fairly obvious fishing e-mail from a scammer. It was dressed up to look like it had come from DHL, the transport company. I wanted to forward the mail to them so they could pursue or report the scammer. They have said I should not forward the mail in the regular manner, as this replaces sender information with my information, as I am doing the sending this time. How can I forward the mail without actually forwarding the mail? I'm looking for some way of attaching the mail to another mail so the data asociated with the spam mail survives the trip.
I doubt they will actually bother to do anything in any case, but I would have given them the chance.

Select the message then click the little drop down arrow next to the forward button on the toolbar and select forward as attachment.
