Hi ppl, I want request a button in SPAM folder to mark a message as "not SPAM", internally create a rule to exclude this address was SPAM for new incoming emails.

Have a look at the markasjunk plugin which is shipped with Roundcube. Since version 1.4.0 that supports marking as spam and not spam as well as learning drivers.
