Move IMAP virtual folders to the top of the folder list?

I'd like to have the virtual folders at the top of the list instead of the bottom.

Even though the "move" option is present, it fails with the message "can't move folders across storage" or something similar, which is completely reasonable since the virtual folders don't exist.

Has anybody gotten these to move?

Is the order actually created by Dovecot? Can I change it there?
