Roundcube mail box / super slow / lagging

Hi everyone,

For 2 days now it seems like our mail box is super slow. It take us around 60 seconds to 2 minutes to open a mail or change the section.
Sometimes it doesnt charge at all and we have to reload the whole page.

We thought it might be a server problem but since it's persistent we don't know what to do.

Did anyone experienced this before ?

It is most likely your mail server that is being slow. If you enable imap_debug in the Roundcube config you can check if the timings and see if that is where the delay is coming from.

There isn't. Did you setup the Roundcube installation or are you just using Roundcube?
