Mobile phone email account issues

I use Roundcube to access my emails on my phone from my server but today, when I log in the background is black against white writing, the emails are there but I can't delete, select, move or any other function as the menu that shows these commands when I select the three dots at the top right, is shaded and doesn't work though all the commands are there.
Also I can't log off as that also shows dim and does not work.
Is there an update that has caused this as I didn't update the phone and have tried another phone to access my webmail and the same thing happens.
I'm using my lap top now and all aspects do work as normal so it's just the program on mobile phones.
Please advise what can be done, thanks

Only because of other recently filed issues I want to ask are you using cPanel? It sound like it could be this https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/issues/8557 have you tried with Roundcube plugins disabled?

If not then please provide more info. What version did you update from/to? What skin are you using? Have you tested with all 3rd party plugins disabled?
