Webmail can connect to mail (DB FAILED)

Hello,

I have a problem :

My webmail can't to connect to any account on my webmail (dovecot).
It's not a problem of password or postfix because accounts work on my phone with gmail.
In my log on postifx, I have : "Jul  9 19:30:26 mail dovecot: auth: Debug: client passdb out: FAIL#0111#011user=test".

I don't understant the problem because it worked very well before.

Can I have your help please ?
