Mail Delivery System Error

My email works well 99% of the time, but with one company that I send emails to I get an Email sent back from "Mail Delivery System" with this message

A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or more of its recipients after more than 8 hours on the queue on bosmailout03.eigbox.net.  Delay reason: H=mx2.emailsrvr.com [173.203.187.2]:
    SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<[email protected]>:
    451 4.7.1 Received too many messages fro

No action is required on your part. Delivery attempts will continue for
some time, and this warning may be repeated at intervals if the message
remains undelivered. Eventually the mail delivery software will give up,
and when that happens, the message will be returned to you.
