Mailvault question

I'm trying to unsubscribe from mailvault. However, I can't see any Opt Out pages or unsubscribe options. Does anyone on this forum know how i can unsubscribe from Mailvault. The control panel wont allow me to delete the root email address. I'm flummoxed.
