How to securely export an entire folder (w/ attachments)?

Is it possible to export an entire folder of mails (incl. attachments)?

It seems like there is no native option for folder export (anymore). Since the mails contain highly sensitive information, what would be the most secure (and no-code, if possible) way to do it via a third party client or tool?

RC can't do this.

You can use for example MS office outlook (for backup to PST file) or something like veam backup utility.
