Double Calendar Events

hi,

So they just upgraded my server software and finally incoming calendar invites are coming in properly with the ACCEPT - DENY etc buttons, however when i do accept it, there's 2 entries in the Calendar, so there's a double....

Then when i delete one of the two then it deletes both events (even if i don't tick send cancellation)

Any ideas how to fix? Server is on Linux. Cpanel 112.0.5
