Login Failed RoundCube

Hi all,

Thank-you all for this amazing comunity!

I've installed roundcube 1.6.6 + dovecot-2.3.16-4.el8 + postfix-3.5.8-7.el8.x86_64 + httpd-tools-2.4.37-62 and MariaDB-server-10.6.16.  All services are up and running as they should on the machine
I've tryied to setup everything but I'm having a error when i connect via web interface:

[02-Feb-2024 16:42:47 +0000]: <f78qifgr> IMAP Error: Login failed for [email protected] against localhost from 192.168.xx.xx. AUTHENTICATE PLAIN: Authentication failed. in /var/www/html/roundcube/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_imap.php on line 211 (POST /roundcube/?_task=login&_action=login)

I'm a bit lost i dont know what else could I check. I have no ssl configured but everything else should be standard configurations I assume.

Can anyone point me into other directions?

Hi can you check login from another PC, for example with Outlook or thunderbird or telnet ?

And may be dovecot config need Authenticate PLANE LOGIN ?
