My Hosting Company have installed roundcube and some other mail programes on my Debian Dedicated Server.

I am having issues getting it working. I run one web site and want all emails sent through the site to be sent via smtp and I also want to be able to download all emails from my server via Outlook. I am at the moment recieving some form of relay error message I believe. I am new to linux and servers so thank you in advanced for any help.
