folders are empty

It looks like my platform upgraded today with a new look/layout. I have my emails in my inbox but all my other folders sent, junk, trash, client folders, etc are empty. When I click in the folders it shows how many messages are in them and the size of the folders but the messages are not there. Any advice? Need access to these messages ASAP.

Roundcube is open source webmail software. You said "my platform" which suggests you are an end user so please contact your email provider for support.
