I sure hope this is the place for newbies to get answers. Just before my outgoing mail quit working a few days ago, I noticed that the contents of my address book had disappeared, all of the personal folders that I had created had also disappeared, and the contents of Trash and other standard folders (except Inbox) had also disappeared. Very disconcerting!

Any idea what happened and, more importantly, what I can do to recover the missing information?

Many thanks,
Dennis

Along the same lines, but, related to which domain is used at login time.
My setup is 1 install of RC covering 2 domain names.
If I logon to an email account with the correct domain (host) name I get all the folders and address book as setup and loaded on previous visits. If I use the wrong domain name then the address book is empty, the email account, send&receive work fine. The RC system does not seem to be able to pickup the address book & all the previous folders history when logged into an email that belongs to the other domain.

No I cannot install RC for each domain as they share (subdomain addon) the same cPanel webspace/hosting account.

Any advise appreciated
Thanks

RC stores your "profile" based on your username so if that changes then you will not have the same address book as the other address.

Tonyrc, look in your config file for username_domain and mail_domain. a simple bit of PHP will make them change for different URLs, there are lots of examples this in the forum i think.
