Title bar not appearing

Hey guys,

Try as I might I can't get the title bar to show, no preferences or log out or anything just the mail pane with reply options etc and I'm tearing my hair out!

Anyone know why it's doing it?

What version of RC are you using and what version of PHP do you have?

Hey,

 The error messages were coming up while I was using the SVN to see if the issue had been resolved in a nightly, in version 0.1.1 It doesn't show any errors on the php logs but the options aren't there still

I've attached a screenshot and phpinfo file

Nobody has any idea why it isn't working?
