Unable to Receive Emails

Hi, I am new to this and could use some help setting up my email. I created a new email address through CPanel and I am trying to use it with RoundCube. Sending emails works fine, and I can see them in the sent folder. However, I'm not receiving any emails. For example, if I reply to one of the emails I sent, it doesn't show up in my inbox. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I would really appreciate your advice!

Roundcube is an IMAP client and this sounds like an issue with your mail server. Check your SMTP (or MTA) and also your IMAP server (or LDA) logs for some clues.
