Missing folder operations menu

new to the forum (also not a native speaker).
I'm using RCM 1.6.10 on PHP 7.3.33-10+ubuntu18.04.1+deb.sury.org+1.
Yes, somewhat ancient.
I am missing the folders column footer menu (see screenshot)
What have I done wrong?

The disk usage quota indicator would show there if your mail server supports it. Since its not showing I would assume your mail server doesn't support it.
