not sure if this has been solved, but I'm noticing that it's not adding the install URI to outgoing mail for emoticons.  I'm thinking about fixing it if it hasn't been fixed, but I wanted to check before I did, so I don't break anything that will be fixed in the next release.

Did you write a patch, if so could you post it please,
