Compose Message causes error

Just installed the new version of roundcube, but can't compose or reply to a message. Soon as I click Compose or Reply, I get the following:

SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!
Error No. [0x01F4]

It doesn't even show the page to write the message. Crashes before I get the chance to write anything.
