ob_gzhandler (RC 0.2-beta)

Just upgraded to 0.2-beta from 0.2a. I'm finding the following in /logs/errors:

[30-Sep-2008 12:49:22] PHP Warning:  ob_start() [ref.outcontrol]: output handler 'ob_gzhandler' cannot be used after 'URL-Rewriter' in /usr/local/lib/php/roundcube/index.php on line 45

Any thoughts as to what is causing this? Application appears to be running w/o error.
