Lost an Identity, Folders and Address Book

Hello,

I am looking for some help.  I just logged into my webmail and much to my surprise one of my identities is gone, my address book says no entries and some of my folders are gone!!!!!!!!!!  Any idea what is happening?  Is there a way to restore this info?
