Pics and HTML not loading

When I receive email with images I get the message to

Display images, Always show images from [email protected].

When I click on display images everything works fine but when I click on Always show images from [email protected] the images do not load and the email is blank, I get no text either. I am using v.02 and have tried using both FireFox and IE with same results in both.
