0x01f5 error for a customer?

Hi,

I work for a small ISP that uses RoundCube to give customers webmail access. I received a call from a customer saying that she gets an error saying 0x001f5 when she tries to access mail from her office, but she can view mail OK from her home. She uses Firefox on both computers. I'm only a beginning programmer myself and don't know RoundCube's code. I'd ask my sysadmin, but he's away from the office today. I'm not even sure what version of the code is being used--is there any way to tell from viewing the source code when logged in to a mail account?Any ideas what might be going on here? Thanks.
