Failed to send message

Hello,

I am using Round Cube (version 0.1.1c)
*I not sure am i using the correct method to get the version. I found it at the path /var/cpanel/roundcube then view the version file

Some how, when i click Sent, I am getting the error "Failed to send message!" By looking from the log, I got the below error
"SMTP Error: SMTP error: Connection failed: HELO was not accepted:  in /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/roundcube/program/steps/mail/func.inc on line 1416"

Can anyone advise what is the setting that I need to amend?

The issue resolved by adding exemption (for the ehlo checking) at my exim configuration
