Some incoming messages appear blank

Some incoming messages appear to be blank, yet when I look at the same message with Outlook or Gmail (I forward everything to Gmail) there is text.

I can't see a pattern. Sometime is is just text, other times it is HTML with images.

One message had the Hotmail signature. Another shows as "unread" even when I look at it.

Any ideas?

The Hyperion Template now installed on site.com/site.

I got the main logo across and then boobed big style. I was using extplorer=
 into the back end and I had uninstalled the hyperion template=2C i thiough=
t it hadn't removed the backend files so I deleted them. I then realised to=
 my horror the reason it hadn't removed them is becuase extplorer defaults =
to the route of the public_html folder and I had removed the original templ=
ate from the Joomla 1.0.x site. I had already copied the main logo but we h=
ave lost the smaller logo.
I will recreate it tonight when I get home and place it back on the sites.

I am trying to get my head round the signal login box=2C the forgotten pass=
word link is displayed in the wrong place in IE but is fine in Firefox. I s=
ee on the old site you fixed that=2C how do you do that? This box may be re=
placed with the Community Login Box=2C we shall see what Mr Allen has to sa=
y about that.

visualweb: I dont belive you are having the same problem, mainly because your example messaage has no tags in and that is what this thread is about

please correct me if i am wrong.

My guess is that you have blank messages coming in from hotmail, this is a problem with hotmail sending malformed message and your mail server not correcting them. you can see the ticket regarding this issue here #1486166 (Replies from hotmail appear blank.) ? Roundcube Webmail
