Save user-settings and adresses on imapserver?

hello

we are a small university in germany and we want use roundcube as webmailer for our students. i love your product because its easy of use as a standalone copy and run product especially with sqlite (we have installed it together with win-xampp . we can run it without installation after copying it to an new server, -> no sql database installation needed) 0:))

we have about 800 mailboxes. and we used to have three independant webmailer. we will create and delete mailboxes very often.

so it would be very usefull, if roundcube could store its userdata (private settings and adressbook) on the imap-mailserver.

we do not want to save these settings on a central ldap server.
i said it before. i love roundcube as a complete independant and stand alone system.

Are there any plans to store settings for ex. in an extra imap-folder?
